I had some experience of the Church of England 's selection procedure before attending this conference. I would say that those embarking upon this process should not aim to do so without the support of people outside the process but who yet understand the procedures for selection within the church.

The conference is well managed and is conducted in an atmosphere that is both spiritual and friendly. It is essential to be with others whose calling is similar and importantly the conference provides continuing support for those embarking on selection.
